If you need to cancel an order on Chitrangi.com, please do so within 1 hour of placing it. To cancel, simply email us at order@chitrangi.com, and include your order number in the subject line.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Additionally, personalized product orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed.

Replacement Policy

Products are eligible for replacement if they arrive in a damaged or defective condition. To request a replacement, please contact our team within 2 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be shipped to you, with an additional charge for shipping costs. Ensure that the original product tag and packaging remain intact when the reverse pickup is made.

Please note that returns are not applicable for any orders, as all products are personalized.
